My colleague Pisa (COO) and myself (CEO) know each other since many years having worked together in some well-known asset management companies. Since 2016, we’ve been involved in the Crypto space as more and more of our customers were willing to enter this space.
Further to the DeFi hype of the past months, it appeared to us that there was still quite a lack in terms of products variety, especially as a lot of the products out there are generating their revenues through inflationary mechanisms. This is exactly what has brought us to the launch of the DefHold project!

Yes, given the planned developments and products we’re working on, we’re really confident to fulfill our goal!
As we aim to bring long-term yields generating products (EWF, VIP staking, non-inflationary model), we truly believe that DefHold has the potential to reach our long-term objective of becoming THE one-stop-shop platform where investors will get access to a a large range of products with diversified yields.

As regards to local communities, we’ve received many proposals to build up local communities. However, as DefHold is still in its early stage, we don’t want to dilute the community by creating too much groups/communities. Once we’ll reach the appropriate size we’ll of course launch local communities where people could feel more comfortable.

Q3: DeFi project is very popular and there are many DeFi projects right now, what are your plans for now? what makes $DEFO unique?

You’re right DeFi becomes more and more popular. However, the downside is probably that there are so many projects copying each other without bringing any added value to this space. Moreover, a recurring problem with many DeFi projects is their inflationary model which can’t be sustainable in the long run.
By launching DefHold, this is exactly what we want to avoid. To achieve that, we truly want to bring new and innovative products allowing holders to diversify their investment strategies. As you’ll notice by having a look at our project, what makes $DEFO unique is its focus on rewarding long-term holders and creating value for them over the long term.

I’d say that DefHold’s ultimate goal is to become the reference platform for investors looking for diversification and products where their behavior will directly influence their yields. Accordingly, every future product will always include mechanisms to reward long-term investors by shaking out weak hands.
In shorter term, the VIP staking pool set up by Ferrum Network will be available immediately after the end of the presale. Next, our priorities will be to audit our own pools, implement the decentralized governance platform and launch the second DefHold product, which is still confidential.

Presale: 29.8%
Airdrop: 25%
Liquidity: 19.5%
Team: 10%
Marketing 2: 9.70%
Marketing 1: 5%

The total supply will be 12,000 DEFO and no additional tokens will ever be minted. The circulating supply at listing time will amount to 4,176 DEFO as the Marketing 2, Team, Airdrop and LID tokens will be time-locked and released at a monthly 10% rate over 10 months by LID smart contracts.

VIP staking pools will only be accessible to presale investors and offer a high and guaranteed APY. The “normal” staking will be offered to every other investors but there won’t be a guaranteed minimum APY.
Republic and Freedom:
In my view, the crypto community is always willing to be actively involved in the growth of the projects it supports. How will Defhold allow the community to have a leading, democratic and participatory role within Defhold?

Community is the most important matter for us as DefHold will exist thanks the community and for the community! Currently, our community should help us spread our project as much as possible. Any valuable influencers, AMA or any other kind of promotion proposals are of course also much appreciated! In the long run, we also want to get community involved in the project and get them skin in the game once the fully decentralized governance platform will be live.

💫When will the full audit of DefHold smart contracts and platform take place? Do you already know which project will carry out the audit?
Artega ¦ DEFHOLD:
We really want to meet the highest possible security standards with our project. It’s why we partnered with Ferrum Network to offer immediately safe and reliable products. Moreover, it’s an evidence that we’ll appoint an audit firm in order to review our platform and contracts. As of today, the name of the auditor is still unknown as we’ll get in touch with them once the public beta version will be released and the bug bounty programm will be over.

Many investors hit and run in the sell and sell session after listing on the first exchange, How did Your project prevent early investors from selling their tokens and what benefits you would give them?

Tackle this problem is the aim of our partnership with Ferrum Network. Indeed, they’ll allow us to offer VIP pools to presale investors who’ll stake their DEFO for 30 days thus significantly reducing the selling pressure at listing time.

You’re right we’ve already done quite a few AMAs and there are still a lot to come 😉
To increase the adoption of DefHold we’ll continuously perform AMAs, partnerships with projects fitting our objectives, get promoted by well-known influencers and a lot of other stuff which are in the pipe! What we’ve already achieved and will continuously be looking for, are long term partnerships (many months) in order to get a continuous inflow of new investors.
